Module Overview:

In this module, students will learn to define immigration, connect how conflicts around the world can be a motivating factor for immigration, and identify other factors that also motivate immigration. They will identify major waves of immigration to both the East and West Coasts of the United States, identify the contributions made by various ethnic groups in the United States and describe the process of becoming a naturalized American citizen.
