Module Overview:

In this module students will locate physical features of their state of residence on a map and identify key vegetation and wildlife in their state. Students will locate their state's main cities, and which have the highest population on a map. Students will to locate their state's main places to visit on a map and locate their state's key services and industries on a map. Students will locate their state's key modes of transportation on a map.

# Outing
1 Take your student to a rural area and an urban area to observe and compare the similarities and differences. Pay attention to the population of the areas and where people live. If possible, visit a museum that has exhibits of different modes of transportation through history.
