Module Overview:

In this module, students will learn about solving a problem. They will also learn about words with silent letters, practice their spelling words, and vocabulary words. They will distinguish between subjects and predicates and understand what makes a complete sentence. They will have a cause/effect writing assignment.

  • During Independent Reading time have your student read silently to themselves. Ask them questions about what they read when they are finished.
