Module 3: Human-Environment Interaction (HEI)- Social Studies 3 - Course Guide


Module Overview:

In this module, students will learn to infer ways that humans depend on the environment for survival, describe specific ways humans have adapted to their environment, and compare how different human modifications to the environment have affected that environment. They will describe an example of HEI and how it has positively impacted the environment and assess an example of human-environment interaction (HEI) and how it has negatively impacted the environment.
