Lesson # Lesson Title Notes
1 36.1 Kindergarten Review In this module, students will review skills and concepts that have been learned during this course. Specifically, vocabulary words and Words of the Week from the last five modules will be reviewed. Your learner will practice differentiating vowels from consonants as well as the long vowel sounds from the short vowel sounds. A new module story will help your learner practice comprehension skills, and handwriting practice will review all that has been learned. During this module, think back to the beginning of the school year and enjoy watching how much your learner has grown!
2 36.2 Kindergarten Review In this lesson, students will practice making words with short vowels into words with long vowels to demonstrate a solid understanding of vowels. Students will also practice identifying blends and digraphs in words and review Words of the Week and vocabulary words, in addition to practicing comprehension skills. Finally, your learner will create the final copy of their writing project. Later in the week, your learner will use the final copy to create a video to submit for the final project.
3 36.3 Kindergarten Review Students will begin the lesson by using modeling clay to turn short vowels into long vowels. As your learner experiment with different words, do not be concerned about spelling. This activity is meant for students to work with sounds, not learn correct spelling. Students will continue to practice skills they have learned this year using interactive games.
4 36.4 Kindergarten Review Today, students will continue practicing the concepts and skills learned this week. Your learner will continue to work on their My Favorite Author Writing Project. After reviewing a video on editing, your learner will read the completed project and then create a video to submit it to their teacher.
5 36.5 Kindergarten Review Your learner will watch a short review video before demonstrating their understanding of the concepts and skills learned this week.

Module Guiding Questions:
