Module 18: The Serrano Nation- Social Studies 3 - Course Guide


Module Overview:

In this module, students will learn to synthesize knowledge of human-environment interaction with new information about the Serrano nation and apply concepts of the beliefs and customs that guided the lives of the Serrano people. They will describe the economy and systems of government of the Serrano people, identify the elements of folklore of the Serrano people, and identify the roles of conflict and cooperation in the interactions between the Serrano people and European settlers.
