In this module, students will measure the length of objects in inches and students will learn to classify, sort, and count.

Module Outing:

Take some time to apply what your student is learning to the real world. Suggested outings are below.

# Outing
1 Visiting stores is a good outing to see how things are sorted and classified. Choose any store, a grocery store, toy store, candy store, etc, have your student identify how things are classified and practice counting what is in each group. They can draw in their Math notebook the groups they counted and identified.
